EDUCATION VS MANNERS, Maria Jose Castilla

For a long time humanity has asked what make us being us, being people and different from other animals, the answer is simple, knowledge. We can divide knowledge in two important pieces (I say pieces cause they can not work apart from the other, unless you are a bad person with no feelings or a psychopath), education and manners. I am not going to say how good the world will be if everyone would be intelligent and polite, I will talk about what is the most important thing. Of course, I will be radical, because society would not exist if both did not exist from the beginning.

Before starting with the radical part, you need to know that education is not only about school, but about learning. You need it for everything, you need to know things to do things. Parents, relatives, friends, basically teach you to be a person, you learn things by experimenting too (the Internet can teach you a lot these days), school teaches you the other things, the other bases, the knowledge someone once had. As you grow, depending on how much you know, you will also be able to question and expand this knowledge. You get a position in the world based on how much you know and how you used that knowledge. This means that being intelligent includes being smart enough to know what manners are and how important it is for humanity (although it does not imply that you apply it, and this is where manners come in).

Having manners implies that you respect others, serve others and think about them and their well-being,the world doesn't work if you don't serve someone else, everything that has ever been done benefits at least one more person, so if you don't do anything for anyone then no one will do anything for you, nothing would move.

It is very true what you say in your article that education is not only school because I have heard people say that some people do not have an education for the simple fact of not going to school, it is true that everyone should go to school to learn no It means that this is the whole basis of education, I really liked your goal

Thank you, yes, many people say that by not going to school you are illiterate or have no education, but in reality education is more than that, there are many more ways to learn than just school.
