BEING CALM IS THE KEY
Psychologically, remaining calm is the best state in which a person can be treated.
Understanding the position of the child will make him feel safe but not only that, children learn from their environment therefore the expression and way of talking of the people around will influence their growth.
WHAT IS THAT?
That is the most frequent question of a child when trying to explain something, therefore having a peaceful environment and giving him confidence will make him understand that everything you say is really good and thus he will know better how to understand it.
EQUALITY
Equality to help children understand discrimination has variations, the most important is to make them see that even if you are older he has the right to apologize if you do something wrong and your reaction must be assertive and explain why the situation occurs.
If there is a situation in which a child experiences discrimination on his own or indirectly he causes it, time later the adult must let the child express his point of view of the situation and thus offer him a better solution in a safe way and raise the importance of respect and inclusion.
On the other hand, make them understand that he must treat people with equality and respect, that no one is more than anyone else and that he can live with the people he wants regardless of the different factors in life
